Welcome to Lunara Mistrielle's creative studio ("the Service"). By using this site you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and friendly — please read them.

1. Your account & age

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK without parental consent). You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. Your content (User Content)

You retain full ownership of any images, text, videos, characters, or other materials you upload or create on the Service ("User Content"). By uploading or creating User Content, you grant Lunara Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and generate outputs solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your User Content. We do not train external models on it. You can request deletion at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to upload or create:

• Copyrighted VTuber art, anime characters, or third-party IP you don't have rights to.
• Pinterest images, scraped artwork, or unlicensed AI model outputs.
• NSFW, hateful, harassing, illegal, or harmful content.
• Likenesses of real people without consent.

4. AI features

AI-generated outputs are produced via licensed models that allow commercial use, hosted services, and user-generated outputs. Datasets are legally sourced and free from copyrighted VTuber likenesses or anime characters. You own the outputs you generate, subject to the acceptable-use rules above.

5. Free & premium tiers

The Service is free to use. Optional paid features (such as watermark removal and enhanced export quality) may be offered. Refunds for digital goods follow the policy linked from the License page.

6. Takedowns

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA / Takedown process. We respond promptly to valid notices.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and request your data be deleted.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunara Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
