Your User Content
You retain full ownership of any images, text, videos, characters, or other materials you upload or create on Lunara Studio ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and generate outputs solely to provide the Service to you.
We will never sell your User Content, train external models on it, or claim authorship.
AI-generated outputs
You own the outputs generated for you by the Service's AI tools, subject to our acceptable-use rules. Our AI providers' model licenses permit:
- Commercial use of outputs
- Hosted-service generation
- User-generated outputs
Training datasets are legally sourced and free from copyrighted VTuber likenesses or anime characters.
Original assets only
All artwork, rigging files, and templates provided by Lunara Studio itself are original — created by us or properly licensed. We never use:
- Copyrighted VTuber art or anime character likenesses
- Pinterest images or scraped artwork
- Unlicensed AI models or datasets
Watermarks & free tier
Free-tier exports may include a small Lunara Studio watermark. The optional premium tier removes the watermark and unlocks higher-quality exports. Either way, you own what you make.
Your rights at any time
- Download your User Content
- Delete your User Content
- Request a copy of associated data
- Withdraw consent for analytics in Privacy settings
Reporting issues
If you spot content that violates these promises, please report it via our DMCA / Takedown process or the feedback page.
