- 2Seller transfers project ownership in the hosting dashboard.
- 3Buyer signs the Certificate of Ownership included in the ZIP.
- 4Buyer updates site name / display name / tagline in Admin → Branding (or keeps them as-is).
- 5Buyer connects their own payment provider, email domain and analytics — the bundle ships with all personal links removed.
✦ transfer note
This sale conveys full ownership and exclusive commercial rights to the Brush Brujeria brand, including the wordmark, mascot, color system, typography guide, mission, tagline and the website code as delivered. The seller retains no rights to use the Brush Brujeria name or mascot after transfer. The buyer may rename, modify, resell or extend the brand without restriction.
